isang malaking gulo

ok lng sa akn na sabihin nyo skin lhat ng complaints nyo.ok lng din na skin nyo ilabas glit nyo.pro naiipit na ako kasi pati ung kabilang side nagccomplain na sakin.honestly, i dont know what to do.i dont have the right to interfere.though i think sometimes you want me to.but i really cant.

to the 1st half:
bsta listen to what they have to say.dont push them away kasi kayo lang ung malalapitan nila.i feel guilty everytime they come to me and complain kasi i really cant do anything about it.pro kyo, u have all the resources (not exactly all, but you know what i mean) to help them.its actually your job to do so.i know you're doing a good job.u're just forgetting the most important part of it all.kung wala sila wala kyo. >:D< good luck!

to the other half:
i know you must be sick and tired of everything that going on.just be patient.madaling gumawa ng gulo pero mahirap ayusin.give them time.dont go on mutiny just yet.haha.hang in there. :) i miss you guys!
